Terms of service

Effective November 6, 2026 · Version 2026-11-06.1

These terms govern your use of areyoufreethen, operated by Bloopi Labs LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to support@bloopi.org.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms, or have any consent required by applicable law. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, use only accounts and calendars you are authorized to access, safeguard your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms.

The service

areyoufreethen helps groups compare availability and identify possible meeting times. Results depend on information supplied by users and may be incomplete or out of date. The service does not book meetings, send invitations, reserve time, or guarantee attendance. Confirm arrangements independently. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or decisions where a scheduling error could cause harm.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights to content you submit. You authorize Bloopi Labs LLC to process and display it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the service, consistent with the privacy policy. You are responsible for your submissions and for having the rights and permissions needed to provide them. Poll details and response counts may appear in public previews. If you submit availability, your display name and information used to produce group scheduling results may be visible to other users as described in the privacy policy. Do not submit confidential information to shared fields or information about others without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, access another person's data or account without authorization, evade access restrictions, harass or surveil others, impersonate someone, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious code, or collect information through scraping or other unauthorized means. We may take reasonable measures to protect the service and its users.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for functions such as sign-in, calendar access, hosting, and data storage. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies, and changes or outages may affect the service. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account; doing so does not delete information you previously submitted to the service.

Administration and enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, respond to reports and lawful requests, enforce these terms, and take reasonable action to protect users and the service. This may include restricting or ending access or removing content, subject to applicable law and the privacy policy. We are not required to review all content or prevent every misuse. Contact support if you believe action was taken in error.

Deletion and termination

You may remove your response or delete a poll you own using available service features. You may request account deletion or assistance by contacting support@bloopi.org; we may take reasonable steps to verify your request. Deleting a poll removes its associated schedule and responses and may not be reversible. We may suspend or end access, or discontinue the service, subject to applicable law. The service is not a backup or archival service; keep copies of information you need. Data handling after deletion or termination is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or error. We will provide notice of material changes to these terms as required by law.

Ownership

The service and its software, design, and branding are owned by Bloopi Labs LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. No rights are transferred except those expressly stated here. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate. These terms do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloopi Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable mandatory consumer protections control.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Bloopi Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law, and does not limit rights that cannot be waived. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation and will not settle a claim in a way that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, disputes relating to these terms or the service may be brought in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, prevent complaints to regulators, or deprive you of a forum or protection available under applicable law.

Changes and general terms

We may revise these terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date, and continued use of certain features will require your explicit acceptance of the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not waive non-waivable rights.
