- Import & confirm. Google Calendar suggests free time. Review it, adjust it, and confirm.
- Choose a meeting. See when most people can attend, then arrange it with the group.
Google Calendar does the first pass
Use Import calendar to select or unselect the Google calendars you want included. Busy times from your selected calendars help suggest when you are free. We check busy times, not event details, and never change your events. Nothing is shared until you confirm.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create a poll?
Choose New poll, add a title, dates, hours, and timezone, then share the link. You can include up to 14 days. Poll details are public, so leave out anything sensitive.
Do I need to sign in?
You can preview a poll without signing in. To respond or see results, sign in with Google and accept the terms. Use the same account when you return.
Do I have to import my calendar?
No. Tap slots on your phone or drag with a mouse to mark free time manually. Dark slots mean you are free. If none of the times work, clear the selection and confirm.
What stays private?
Your calendar events are not saved or shared. Only the availability you confirm is saved. Signed-in users with the poll link can see your display name and meeting suggestions, including when you cannot attend a suggested time, but not your full availability grid.
What do the results mean?
Results appear only after at least two people confirm. Dark slots work for everyone who has confirmed. Lighter slots work for at least 80% of them, rounded up. Select a highlighted time to see who cannot attend. No highlights? Wait for more responses or try different days.
Which timezone is used?
All times use the poll's displayed timezone, not necessarily your device's. Check it before confirming.
Can I update or remove my response?
Yes. Return to Availability, make changes, and choose Update availability, or choose Remove my response. Calendar changes do not update your response automatically: import and confirm again when needed.
Can I edit or delete my poll?
My polls lists the polls you created and lets you delete them and all their responses. Poll details cannot be edited after creation; make a new poll if the plans change.
Where are my account settings?
Choose Account in the header to change your display name, connect or disconnect Google Calendar, manage billing, or sign out. Name changes apply to your existing poll responses too.
Does it send calendar invitations?
No. Once the group chooses a time, arrange the meeting and send the invitation yourself.
Why is my account temporarily suspended?
Repeatedly creating polls, importing calendars, saving changes, or refreshing results too quickly can exceed account limits. The suspension page shows how long to wait, up to 24 hours. Your polls and responses are preserved, and you can still sign out.
